His buildings could be so much better with just a bit of effort placed into them. In our building they’re making a bunch of cosmetic changes. However, I can hear my neighbor whisper to his wife. We’ve constantly petitioned them to do something about the paper thin walls and floors between the two different levels. Our building has mold and Shelly Sterling refuses to admit it. She claims it’s not mold and that she knows more about mold than any mold inspection or removal company. She’s stupid and arrogant which is a dangerous combination. I’d like to create a TV show called “as stupid as shelly sterling”, but the problem is I’m not sure anyone is that stupid.

@propman – why the heck would you ever want to go back to work for that dysfunctional company? They have no idea what they’re doing and DTS and stupid shelly are constantly going around yelling and screaming at their employees. Do you really miss that? To the others who complain about the ads and how you’d like to go work for them to improve their ads – no you wouldn’t. You’d hate your life and your job and curse going into work every day. It would be better to be homeless and on the street than to work for this egotist and his deranged wife.

If you wanna know where Scott Sterling is just ask me. If he was in Israel then he’s back in town and still has his shotguns. Shelly’s trying to install him as the manager in one of their buildings. Which one? I’ll give you a hint, rhymes with Talibu Reach Pub. Do you wanna know where their home is located? Just ask, I’ll give you that as well. Another hint it’s on Malibu Road, right behind Ralphs. Want Shelly’s personal cell phone number and email address? Just ask for those as well, and I’ll email them to you. Can I just post them here or is that some sort of violation of the website policies?

Here’s another interesting thing about the corporation. They force their property managers to sign a document stating that they only work 2 hours a day. If they feel they have to work more than 2 hours a day then they need to let their supervisor know. This is so the supervisor can show them the door and they can put another manager in place who’ll keep quiet about working more than 2 hours a day. Stupid shelly even calls property managers demanding that they work 24 hours a day and answer the phone no matter what time of day it is. She’s denied saying it, but when a tape of her uttering those words was played for her, her response was “that’s not admissible in court. Again propman, do you really want to go back and work for these parasites? They pay you free rent and $200/month to manage the building. That’s fine if all you have to do is manage the building. However, having to deal with psycho shelly makes that a bad deal.

Someone really needs to do a complete investigation on this company and take them down. The bad taste ads are nothing compared to the cesspool which is the Sterling Corporation, and Beverly Hills Properties. Which BTW is located at 9441 Wilshire Blvd in BH.

Oh, and why hasn’t anyone mentioned iDioTS new hairpiece? Surely you couldn’t have missed that? There’s a rat somewhere missing its nest. Well that should be enough for now.
